I am a Developer Advocacy Lead at Cisco UK leading a team of propeller heads covering all things emerging tech.
So what does that actually mean?
- Translating industry trends to build go-to-market and sales plans.
- Advocating on behalf of customers to Cisco sales and business units.
- Identifying portfolio and sales gaps.
- Delivering technical enablement for engineering, partners and customers.
The tech includes Infrastructure Automation, NetDevOps AI/ML, Cloud Native and all sorts of other stuff.
In addition to the Cisco portfolio I cover APM, Kubernetes, Istio, GIT, Terraform, Ansible, APIs and general infrastructure programmability.
